The My Weigh Palmscale 8 draws on all the previous generations of Palmscales. One of the main upgrades for the My Weigh Palmscale 8 compared to the Palmscale 7 is the original patented Palmscale Hydro Hinge which provides easy opening of the scale with just the flick of a button. The Palmscale 8 is actually the first Palmscale ever to be powered by AAA. Previous Palmscales were powered by Li-Ion button batteries or a proprietary rechargeable battery. The sleek chrome body and rubberized form-fitting casing makes it stylish and easy to handle. We kept the reverse lit display which is an amazing feature that makes the scale very easy to read in all weighing environments.
