§Hello My name is Ryan Simms and I have been a die hard fan of my weigh for over a year now. I first purchased a Pointscale 150, And loved it. I was very impressed by its sleek design and its convenient features. But alas The scale broke one day and I gave you guys an e-mail and you guys replaced it even though I could not find my receipt. This is the first time I was ever treated so good by a company in all my life Thank-you My Weigh.

§My Weigh, thanks , I knew I had the settings right, it was the load cell part
;p

It had 2000+ as the starting number which means someone must have put
something too heavy on it I'm guessing, or maybe the store I bought it at
didn't take care of it and it was already over and something small I put on
it made it worse. (last one on shelf as demo)

Anyways, after I pried on the tray till it was around 950 (took awhile
because I'm scared of wrecking anything) it seemed to calibrate to 100.0 with
normal settings perfectly fine.

instructions, I finally got the tray pried up just right and now my scales
are as accurate as they ever were. I thank you for all your technical

Dear My Weigh

Thank you again for your personal phone call in support of my newly purchased My Weigh scale. Having been in business for most of my adult life, I soon learned that the true worth of a product is in the support one receives when things do not go as planned. I would like to take this opportunity to express my feelings towards your firm when I received a defective unit.

     My first contact was with my dealer by e-mail. While e-mail may be transmitted immediately, it often takes days if not weeks to get a response. Not in this case! My dealer was back to me within an hour and a half with comprehensive instructions on how to test the unit, where to download any technical notes that might be missing and a web address in link form for service technical support. Very impressive for internet business.

     The technical site provided comprehensive instructions on setting up and operating the unit and had a direct e-mail function for support. I ended up sending for e-mail support as the walk thru operations were not successful. I had planned to return the unit for refund to my dealer but, your phone call this evening changed my mind.

     I was totally surprised and impressed to receive your call this evening. Your walk through of the technical possibilities was informative and helpful.

My name is Christine Hiles and I purchased a palmscale from you last year
but I had to send it back because it started to dysfunction. I got a improved
palmscale 5.0 within the week I sent it. I also sent a concerned email
wondering what to do with the scale, and you returned my email very quick
and you very nice. I am a very satisfied customer and I felt as if I should
inform you guys on your hard work. Its working! Thank you for your time

 

Hello- My name is Kevin. I recently acquired one of your palmscale 4.0  jewelers scale. It did not work when I had acquired it but it was under warranty. I obtained it from a friend by coaxing him in to letting me have it for dirt cheap as I was the one that was going to go to the trouble to collect on its warranty. I filled out the warranty card and was ready to put it in the mail when the website caught my eye. I thought hey maybe I should check this out to see if there  is anything I can do. well sure enough I found the programming sequence and was able to get it in working order in no time. The website did not have symptoms for my equipment's particular problem but the first trouble shooting steps I took were the right ones. FYI the problem with the palmscale was when it was powered on it would read out 0.00.  but when you were to place an variable on the tray it would not weigh. I don't believe I will be telling my friend how simple it was and let him think i mailed that thing in.  by the way the website was very simple to navigate and the programming instructions are very simple and easy to follow even for someone like my "Palmscale-less" friend to execute. I was a little "iffy" at first when programming because I did not receive the 100g calibration weight with the palmscale so i improvised with a quarter (25 cent piece). it did not populate the right numbers in the programming sequence but using the tare and mode buttons to input the correct numbers worked well. I checked the calibration with a known variable and the scale seems to be working great. thank you so much for putting these programming instructions on your site. I would much rather program it myself  instead of paying post to send it to you guys and you probably doing the same thing, (with the 100g weight I imagine) and mailing me back the same one. If I have anymore problems i will definitely troubleshoot with the website, and even get some technical support before i even mail it in. thanks guys

Knowing nothing about digital scales except that they existed and I wanted one, I did a search and came to your web site.  I thought the i500 was a bit expensive to use for a diet scale, but after further research I bought one from ********* via their web site.

I just wanted to let you know that your scale is everything I wanted and more.  I find it easy to use and it's easy to see the weight of whatever I use it for -- which is just what I was looking for.  I really doubt that I will ever weigh anything in carats, but it really came in handy when we needed to know how much a letter weighed.  Thank you for having this web site available, and I would definitely recommend the i500 to anyone who needs a reliable, easy to use diet scale.

Hi, I had a Micro-tech scale the small one that's round, well dropped it and it was gone.... Err Anyways, I picked up one of your Palmscales from a friend for $10! But when I got it home It had a error message.... I was pissed so I went to your site to see what the hell was wrong with it. Then I found your instructions to repair it. Followed the instructions to see "AD value" it was 1946!!!!!!! I figured the higher it was the more it was tweaked so I started prying with a quarter. Started by bending up each edge to see which way it was tweaked found the spot that seemed to lower the AD the most and lifted hard... Thought I broke it heard a small stressing of plastic; and it went off. It was the auto-off so I turned it back on got the AD down to 1456, its working. Long story short, after some prying with a quarter I got the AD to 550! and she weighs great. You got a life long customer, I just ordered one of your Flipscales too.

I just wanted to thank you for all your support.  I called support thinking I was totally out of luck with my 3001 but Donna helped me calibrate the scale and now it works better then ever.  There's so much ***** out there that it's nice to see a company that truly stands behind what they make!

After working with it for a few hours and using some of my "Nintendo" trix the scale works :)
I thank you VERY much for getting back to me and feeling sorry that it was not working the way it should... I did nothing to the scale that would void out the warranty what I did was remove the batteries for 24 hours then re-try your "last ditch efforts" and with my secret "Nintendo" trix its just fine... I thank you for your best customer service (that I have ever seen) and I thank you for making such a wonderful scale.. I will pass the word of your awesome scales along to my friends and family I only have good things to say about you guys :) once more thank you...   Also do you have any scales that read down to the mg? or less? I will be doing some reloading come this summer and will be looking for a new scale for my ammo.. you have a wonderful day and weekend

I just received my KD 600 (actually the replacement for the one I sent in) and wanted to tell you how wonderful your customer service is! I tracked my package to you and I know you couldn't have had my old scale more than 24 hours before you shipped me a new one!
I don't know of any company that sells a better scale, or has better responsiveness to their customers! Your KD 600 is the perfect scale for almost every conceivable use in the home or office. Most scales only do half as much for twice the price!
